really liked this book as someone who draws but didn't have a hand on anime type characters, it made it easy to read and follow plus learn
This is very good book for beginners who wants to start up with sketching, drawing anime's. in this book step by step drawing methods are explained. you can easily learn on how to draw face, nose and other facial features. each chapter has techniques which can help you draw characters faster and easily. explains what you need before you start, how to draw hairs, hair styles, body features, facial features, designing clothes and accessories. real good book for becoming artist !!
I read this book and now I'm almost a professional. It teaches almost everything.
Good but get this guy needs an editor. He is an excellent artist but not much of a writer. I can understand what he's saying but there are enough grammatical errors to make it distracting to read. He just needs to revise the book with the help of a good editor and it would be probably one of the best How to Draw Manga books on the market in my opinion. He goes into specifics that other How to Draw Manga authors such as Christopher Hart and Mark Crilley do not. Such as how to draw faces looking in different directions.
Overall a good book. Just needs a good revision to fix the grammatical errors.
Very very short. Super basic stuff. Will not have you drawing full manga. It'll let you know the barebones of character drawing manga style. Starter read.
I really find this book as a very great one! I have always dreamt to learn on how to draw and this book from .This book do provides a lot of tips and advices on how to draw for the beginners and what I love about this book is its tips are very easy to follow and yet you can see a very big improvement on your drawing skills.
The book itself was good. But it seemed odd, as if a hacker had tried to smush ads in. There was a page where no matter how many times I pressed, it kept going to the same page. The layout was choppy, and lacked many details. And there was an ad for Zentangle in the book that frankly seemed a bit shady. The cover picture was utterly irrelevant, and probably the only thing that helped. All in all, the book itself was for artists who had experience drawing manga, and is full of glitches and shady ads. I would not waste a buck on this book, totally not worth it.
